1. Warranty Information
Products manufactured by Saluki Technology Inc. enjoy an 18-month warranty (for some products, the warranty period is 36 months.). The warranty covers manufacturer's defects only and does not cover battery replacement, normal wear and tear, equipment misuse or mishandling, damage from electrostatic discharge (ESD), or other damage.
The customer is responsible for shipping expenses to Saluki Technology/ Saluki Partners and any customs or duties that may apply. Saluki Technology will cover expenses to return a repaired product to a customer under an approved warranty claim.
2. How do I purchase form Saluki?
Your purchase begins by contacting the Saluki sales team. They will help you directly or put you in touch with a reseller in your area.
3. How long does delivery take?
When Saluki receives your PO, we will prepare your product immediately. The shipment usually takes 1 week to all countries. The time interval will depend on custom of each country. For instrument with battery, the shipment will usually take 2 weeks.

4. Does Saluki sell and ship internationally?
Yes, with the exception of very few countries as restricted by government. Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Crimea are included. This list is subject to change without notice.
International customers are responsible for any and all import duties and value-added tax (VAT) upon receipt of their product(s).
